Hi Denis,

Don't know all the details in your case, but yes, I successfully did this. I
don't know what the source of your "Data Errors" is, but I didn't have that
problem, so maybe that's at least a good start.  :-)

I used the OCTAVIA QSL CARD.REP file as my starting point. Since I wanted to
feed my preprinted QSLs into my laser printer end-first (like an envelope),
I had to determine how to modify the "paper" size and orientation, but this
turned out to be fairly straightforward.

I'm attaching two files which you can drop into your Reports directory and
open using Reports >> Modify Report Layout to see what I did. (The
attachments will be stripped by the list server, but you should get them OK
via the direct email.)

Let me know if you have any questions after you look at the report file. I
use this to print the QSO information and some comments on my W4MPY
pre-printed QSLs.
