[Logic] Spot log

I don't have a problem with the length of the spot log, but I have been
watching when I saw one appear on the spot log--and disappear within a
second. I have seen this behavior a good while prior to February--in the
previous version of Logic--and it's still there. T will be hard to find the
problem because it occurs infrequently--but sometimes for 3-4 spots in a row
or sometimes with a couple of spots between the ones which disappear. If
those who are seeing this report it and the circumstances it may help Dennis
find the problem. In my case I have 2 telnet windows and the DX Cluster
open--which may be relevant. Also I think I have heard "partial"
announcements of the spots which disappeared--for instance an OZ spot might
be announced as O. On occasion I have heard a spot starting to be announced
only to be interrupted by another spot--maybe from another telnet or the DX
cluster--only to have the original announcement completed after the
intervening spot. Maybe somehow the several sources of spots are clobbering
each other.

No. I am running .119 nd have seen approximately the same problem for
several minor releases. I first reported it in February, but nobody else
seems to be able to reproduce it.

The spot will announce, and if you are really quick sometimes you can see
it visible briefly.

Clearing the spot buffer seems to get us working again for a while, but the
problem returns.
I have done a "clean" and that doesn't seem to help either.

I have also seen another weird spot behavior: If I am trying to print a
report and I am half way through some of the early screens specifying the
report criteria, and incoming spot will knock me out of report
writer. That is not as much of a bother as the spot disappearing and spots
not displaying.
