[Logic] Logic-7 Frequency Readout

Since installing Logi-7 about two months ago, I have had trouble with the  
frequency readout tracking the TS850S. The TS850S is always turned on first  and 
then Logic-7.  Once in a while it will track the TS850S  frequency but most 
of the time it will not.  When  entering a callsign, it will change to the 
current frequency in use  and enter it into the log.  I have clicked on 
Tools|Reset Radio  & Rotor Interfaces (No Results).  Clicked on Tools|Setup|Misc Ham  
Setup, Rig, TNC...  (The Misc. Setup Screen appears).  Clicking on  Radio IFC, 
following are the settings:
Radio 1
Driver - Kenwood 850S
Port - Com1
Baud Rate - 4800
Stop Bits - 2
DTR & RTS both checked
Polling Interval - 2.0
 
I have tried changing the Baud Rate, Stop Bits and Polling Interval all  with 
negative results.
 
Appreciate any corrective suggestions.
