[Logic] Import PDA QSL Route List

Tried to download the PDA QSL Route List again and it worked  perfectly.  No 
idea what the problem was, must have been a glitch in the  system somewhere.  
FYI, this was my first attempt to download/update.   Appreciate your prompt 
comments/assistance.

Dunno--Try it again.  Your ISP may have been having DNS issues.   

Have you been able to update before?  Does the IOTA update work?  
Can you get to http://hosenose.com?
