[Logic] SafetyLog error message

Wes-

No more good ideas at the moment, but I have had some problems with writing
to a remote log.  Rebooting all the machines in question and making sure you
can access the directory the file is in from both machines would be
something to try.

Thanks for the excellent suggestion.  I mapped the network folder to a 
drive letter but I still get the same error message.
