[Logic] Award Credits missing due to band edges?

I notice that I have countries confirmed in the log, but they get spotted as
not confirmed.  When I start poking around, I find that Logic7 does not
count the QSO's if they are on or just below the band limit.

i.e.,  I have some QSO's that the frequency shows 14.000 in the log, and the
band configuration under setup might show 14.00085 etc.  I got in this
situation due to importing QSO's from CT or other contest program, or maybe
even from a different logging program years ago.  The frequencies were just
20 meters or maybe 14, so importing put them in as 14.00000 etc.

I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions or comments as to the correct
solution to this.  I can move the band edges in the setup to 14.00000 or
21.00000, or I can go in and modify/replace the 14.0000 with a frequency
moved up just to put it inside of  logics band edge.

In the past, I have moved the band edges to count all of the contacts, but I
would like to clean things up properly since I am getting ready to start
submitting to LOTW.
