[Logic] LOGic 7 update, QSL manager update

Hello all:

Release .126 is now available at the LOGic 7 support site. It features auto telnet login, 
Filter functionality for the Radio Memories form, and several little fixes.

If you have installed the beta of this release: BEFORE 
INSTALLING the update, delete your TELNET.DBF and TELNET.FPT.  They 
are in the LOGic 7 directory or the LOGDATA directory.  I had to make 
a lot of changes to the structure.  Sorry.

A new QSL manager list is online.  The IOTA list is still current.
