[Logic] Off Topic Subject: Windows Messenger

Hi All,

During the last few weeks a screen with the message: "Windows Messenger 
has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the 
inconvenience.  Send Error Report?", keeps popping up on my screen every 
few minutes.

I don't use Windows Messenger, it is not on my task bar, I have deleted 
it where ever I could find it, I have shut it off in 'Add/Remove Windows 
Components', but the screen still keeps popping up.

Any ideas on how to kill this irritant?
