[Logic] (Fwd) QSL Route database to download

Interesting, I just clicked on the link below, downloaded and installed the
file dated 5/17/2004. When I clicked on Help/About, it still shows Ver.
.101.

Downloaded the new file and installed the file.. When I check the version it
shows 101 not 102. Should I look for another file?
