[Logic] Changing text in Main log display

Your suggestion works in part. I was able to change the name of CNTY to 
COUNTY and to get the log display to be "COUNTY", but not to "County". And 
STATE seems to be unchangeable. I don't really want to change the field 
names, just the labels on the log form which are inconsistent in 
capitalization and abbreviation, and I would like them to look better.

If I could add text fields, then I could get what I want by just not 
displaying the predefined labels, but only the fields with my own labels.
