[Logic] updates

Do each of these updates include all updates that were put out previous
to the current update file???
 
The reason I ask.....I noticed that this update is smaller in file size
than the last update....now how can that be??? 
 
If I had to reinstall my whole Logic7 program from the purchased cd and
then used the current update file.....would I be getting all updates
since the cd was made???
 
The smaller update file this time versus the file size last time is
throwing me a little.
