[Logic] (Fwd) QSL Route database to download

Hello-- 

We are in the process of making QSL information available online  
to LOGic 7 users. 

You may test this by downloading logic7update.exe from  

ftp://hosenose.com

Note that this is not the regular update download address! 

After installing the update, go to tools/internet/Download QSL  
Manager Database. 

There are two options--to download the whole database, or just the  
updates for the last month.  The first time you download, you will  
want the WHOLE DATABASE. 

The QSL Manager update should not overwrite your existing QSL  
manager data, but to be safe, pse make a copy of logdata\qslman.*
