Hello Rob,
I use Norton Internet Security 2004 with LOGic 7 here without a problem. 
When the alert window pops up saying logic.exe is trying to access the 
Internet, select "Permit" from the drop down field and check the Always Use 
box. Click OK and you should be good to go.
