[Logic] LOGic7 - Question on transparent forms

I am new to the product and I have been trying to get transparant forms to
work, without success.  I am on XP Home (SP1).  I am either not
understanding the concept of transparency (which I though would allow
tranparent forms within the Logic7 environment), or how to allow it in
Windows itself (beyond the transparency settings in L7).  The Help file on
this subject makes reference to an In Windows Desktop feature, which I have
never heard of.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.
