[Logic] Upgrade from LOGic6 to LOGic7

I am upgrading from LOGic6 to LOGic7.  I remember some talk about a document that helps move all the set-up information from version 6 to version 7.  Is such a document available?  I am looking for a more automated way to copy over my band info, telenet addresses,  cw messages, packet messages, etc.

And I need to know if there is an easy way to check the "LOTW s" box for all my QSOs.  I get stumped when I try to use database commands.  I don't know what character represents the check-mark.
