[Logic] No Time Fill When Logging QSO From Spot Log

Hi Art
Look very carefully at the upper left hand corner of the MAIN-LOG
screen, under the logo you should see a dim "LOG" click on that "LOG"
and the 3rd item down is REAL-TIME MODE, 	click on that and select
ON.

I never changed that when I ran the upgrade.  I can't find where you set
it.
