[Logic] LOGic 7 / Hamscope & PTT

For Mel & others using Hamscope with LOGic 7

PTT works fine from Hamscope, both stand-alone and linked to LOGic 7.  I'm
using a RIGblaster plus and it keys it just fine.

While fooling around in LOGic I did manage to get some errors while messing
with the ports and setting up the CW and Voice/PTT.  Haven't figured out
just what is going on with that yet but suffice to say for now that Hamscope
works.

After I make sure its not operator error (that could never be, hi hi) I'll
report any other problems.
