[Logic] Problem with 4X callbook

Sorry, there was a problem with the 4X callbook.  The house 
numbers were omitted.  Pse download the update again, (it is 
7.0.46 now) and then click tools/internet and download the 4x data 
again.

I apologize for the problem.
