[Logic] LCU-3K Interface

I received the LCU-K3 f/u/w TS-850S and installed same.  It seems  to be 
functioning properly but have a question.  When it was first  installed, when I 
turned the 850 tuning dial the frequency on the computer  screen changed 
accordingly.  Now, the screen frequency does not change  until I click the Tab at 
which time it changes to the 850 readout and also  changes on the Logic7 Log Data 
screen.  Is that correct?  The  frequency will not change again until the Tab 
is again clicked for a new  frequency.
 
Hope I have installed things properly and have not overlooked any  additional 
features.  Looks like it is a welcome feature and should be lots  of fun.
