[Logic] DX-Telnet and Logic--not working anymore. Can someone help?

I am using version 7.0.110 with TRX-Manager 3.7.1 and I can't get
DX-Telnet to interface with Logic Anymore.  I am using the DDEDUPE
utility as I always
Have but its not sending anything to the spot log.  I have the DX-Telnet
Interface turned on in Logic.

DX Sumit from within Logic works fine but I like DX-Telnet better.  I
have tried all I can think of.  Any ideas.  Oh, DX-Telnet is announcing
the spots so it appears to work.
