[Logic] SWL reporting and printing

Denis:

First of all you bring up the qso record that the swl heard, then click on
the log menu  and click on create SWL qsl record, then type in the SWL call
sign and then type your message in the qslmsg field.  The comment field is
not what prints on the qsl card, the qslmsg field does.  If it is not on
your log form, then you have to add it.
