You have found the possible fly in the ointment. It may never happen. =
The
theory is great and I hope it works. I will continue to use it. The =
problem
is that many of the obscure users that are really needed here do not =
have
the inclination or skill to use it. Too bad.
If Ham Radio survives (a big if) then Then I think LotW will become the
eventual standard.
