[Logic] Logic7/LoTW

Hi Bill -- I just used Logic 7 and uploaded my entire log again (over 
10,000) using the proper certificates for the three calls that I have 
had. They will appear as dupes to LoTW and will not be recorded but you 
will then have the opportunity in Logic 7 to have it check them all as 
uploaded. The count on your logs will not change in LoTW unless you also 
upload the ones that have never been sent, in which case these will add 
to the count.
