[Logic] Logic7/LoTW question

Prior to getting Logic7, I had already successfully uploaded all my QSO to
LoTW..  (around 24,000)

Then I installed Logic 7.  I was able to download all my LOTW  QSLs with no
problems.

But...   when I tried to use Logic 7 to upload some new QSOs it would not
work.  It told me that I didn't have the ARRL software on my machine.

Does that mean that I have to re-install all the ARRL software and get a new
certificate?  Or is there something I need to do in Logic 7?
