[Logic] LOGic7 (copying reports and log forms)

I have complained about that lazy design for years and it is the main reason
 I am done with logic. Dennis, if you continue to produce upgrades in this
 way , I fear for the survival of logic. That would be a tragedy. The
 correct way would be in the install process, no separate utility should be
 needed.
