With the PO you are supposed to pay GST, PST and a flat fee of $5 for
brokerage... if you have not, you have been lucky.

Let's look at a comparison in Canadian dollars, assuming an exchange rate of
1.35....

Logic... 175 + 4 + 28 + 5 = 212 + long wait + trip to the post-office

DX4Win... 122 + 0 = 122 + short wait for key

DXlab...  0 + instant gratification

Not very competitive ;-)

I like Logic... but given that Dennis already has priced it at the high end
of the spectrum, it's a shame to further push up the cost through S&H
charges which don't put a nickel in Dennis' pocket.
