[Logic] ? DATABASE MAINTENANCE

I am not really sure Art. I noticed it during beta testing and when I
pointed it out to Dennis, here is what he told me:

"This is by design. I think the SORT button has been disabled
altogether. I think I intended to remove it.  When sorting, the data
is copied to a second file.  A crash at the wrong time could cause
loss of data.  I'll look at that and try to remember what my ultimate
intention was, if anything."

Maybe Dennis will clarify.
