[Logic] Date format

I have two user defined fields on the log form to record QSLSDATE and
QSLRDATE to record the dates on which a QSL was sent and received and
the dates in those two fields will only show as 2004mmdd. All other
dates, including the browse windows show in the format of mmddyy, i.e.,
01/18/04. I have looked every place I can find but can't seem to get it
fixed and I have been through a multitude of settings, hi.
