I think that asome point there were probably changes made to the ARRL
SECT and VE PROV list in LOGic 6 to conform to the (ever-changing)
changes in such data.  LOGic 7's lists are composed of the non-changed
data, thus there are differences and rejects occur.  KN6RO proposes
the quick and easy fix.
