My first approach would be to check each of the 9 problem qso's, look
at the dxcc entity that they're mapped to (or should be mapped to) and
then check for the existence of that mapped entity in list of valid
values.  Remember, that "update awards progress info" is really
checking against the table under lists of valid values and not the
prefix table so check there first.
