[Logic] LOGic7 - Icom enhancements, prefix & lists

I've suggested the ability to associate a log form with more than one
radio also. I don't use Logic for contesting, but I often have the VHF
and HF radios going at the same time, and I would prefer to use a single
log form. I don't have both maximized at the same time, but it's a bit
clumsy having to switch back and forth. It's not such an unreasonable
thing to ask. Logic is the only logging software I've used where you
can't do this! Maybe version 8...
