Hi Julio,
You can copy over logforms from ../logic6/logdata/logforms to
..logic7/logdata/logforms. Trying copying one over that has the "add
user defined fields" panel filled out. (Log->setup->user defined
fields...) Sorry can't test this right now as I am at work but I
think it should work okay, that is, customized log fields should not
only appear on your logform when you open them in LOGic 7 but they
should be automatically added to the logfields under
tools->setup->logfields. L
Last night I was able to copy over some of my favorite logforms from
LOGic 6 to LOGic 7, but I usually never fill out the user defined
fields panel that I mentioned above because I normally don't have the
need to send them to anyone and thus already have my logfields setup
correctly. (Hope this makes some sense...filling out that panel is
normally used for sending your logform to someone else that has LOGic
but didn't set up the same user defined fields so you can share
logforms easily.) Anyway, copying over the logforms that I use from
LOGic 6 to LOGic 7 was okay. The logforms are interchangeble and my
copied-over logforms opened in LOGic 7, it's just that many of my user
defined fields had to be re-entered in the log fields setup.
Okay, enough of my rambling. I think I'm talking in circles now :)
Hope I didn't confuse anyone further.
