I don't remember this ever being the case.  I think it's always
grabbed the first confirmed qso.  Does anyone else recall differently?
(I'm having a lot of senior moments myself these days...)

Not sure.  It probably involves modifying the code to awards.rep.  I
don't think you can change it easily with the option panels presented
when running the report.  Ask Dennis or maybe someone else on the
reflector knows...  (Let us know what you find out.)
