[Logic] LOGic7 - Icom enhancements

And I forgot to mention... Icom control works much better... Split is
set correctly now (it never worked in ver 6 ) and polling is
supported... Which is more important than indicated in the news
release... It not only allows you to use multiple rigs on the same port,
it also opens the door to such refinements as S-meter display, automatic
rig selection depending on frequency and other enhancements. It also
allows Icom users to configure their rig to match their contesting
software. Writelog, for example, uses polling ONLY... And some older
Icoms are very awkward to change from polling to non-polling mode...
Involving opening up the radio and setting DIP switches or worse...
Soldering/unsoldering diodes.

A caveat for Icom users out there... Don't poll a rig configured in CI-V
transceive mode... Even if it seems to work. Experience has shown that
unexpected things can happen with data collisions including freezing the
CI-V interface, Freezing the radio completely, mis-read frequencies
(dangerous if you have a computer controlled amp or antenna switch) and
other hiccups...

Note to Dennis: You might want to mention this in the help file...
