[Logic] Adding received RST field to qsl labels

Hi Mike,

Which label design exactly?  If you have enough space, create another
text box with the expression: RST_RCVD

If you don't have enough space and want to change the RST field from
being RST SENT to RST RCVD change the expression from RST_SENT to
RST_RCVD (i.e. double click on the RST field and click
"properties"...you'll see what I mean).

Let me know if you need some help.  I'd be happy to modify the label
for you.
