Done.

Still working on the new web server (moving it from co-located to 
our office). It is up but no DNS yet.  You can get the latest update 
from ftp://166.102.242.15/radio/logic/  get logic7update.exe

No secret--I just don't have time to keep two sites up-to-date--The 
new site should be online this week.

Also, you can now specify the operator to choose when exporting to 
LoTW.
