[Logic] Sending DX Spots

[Ben Hatheway N6FM]

I can no longer send DX spots from the DX-Summit or DX-SCape window as I
could in v6. I fill out the little window and send it and nothing happens. I
sent several and none appeared at DX Summit nor locally.

Anyone else have this problem??
