[Logic] NPRM, Is this really as bad as they say it is?

Tomorrow the FCC will hold a public meeting where it
is likely they will introduce an NPRM which if
implemented will relax limitations on Part 
15 
devices between 2 and 80 Mhz. This in order to
facilitate the 
development 
and implementation of access BPL.

If the Commission adopts a Report & Order on this
matter we can kiss 
HF 
Communications goodbye ! Only the hearty souls willing
to build amps 
around 
8171s and 8281s will be able to make heads or tails
out of the ensuing 
mess.
