[Logic] Getting log onto a floppy for lotw

I'm running Logic 5 and I need to know how to get my log uploaded to LoTW..I 
thot I could just "export" to a floppy and then attach to email or upload to 
LoTW...  NOT...  Not very computer literate when it comes to transfering 
files and such... Appreciate a step-by-step procedure..TIA
