[Logic] Importing userfields

Yes, it is not completely a one-step operation but it's close.  

Copy over ../logic6/logdata/logfields.dbf into ../logic7/logdata/

While you're at it, copy over lists.dbf from/to same location.

Then do a clean.  

You might still have to go through the "memberships" panel on LOGic 7
to get things working right but at least you do not have to re-enter
every single custom logfield.
