[Logic] Spot log update

Dennis, 

Thanks again for continuing to upgrade Logic.  

I particularly appreciated the auto Login for Telnet functions.  I was
hoping that you might consider moving the "Automatically set rig to incoming
spots" from the options menu of the spot log to the area where "Show all"
"Announce" "Display Lock" and "Record Lock" are so that when something comes
up that you want to work one can stop the rig set functionality without
having to hit the options tab then deselecting the Automatically set...
Function.

If I am missing an easier way to do this like a key sequence or something
please let me know.
