[Logic] LOGic and Antarctica

Bob,
Until you mentioned it I never looked to see where Logic placed KC4.  I
finally searched for an old KC4 QSO and Logic displays "SA".
So what......
My only concern is that it is correctly reflected in my country totals.
Since it does not count for WAC, set it for none.....
