[Logic] LOGic and Antarctica

Hi Jennifer:
If you look in the ARRL "Operating Manual" Reference Section 17-9
they list CE9/KC4 as AN for Antarctica, not SA for South America.

Also in the ARRL Ham Desktop Reference they list KC4 as Antarctica and give
the Lat/Lon for the major stations operating there. McMurdo Sound, Byrde Station,
and Palmer Station.
