[Logic] Uninstall.

Logic users,
I have now Logic 7 with witch I am very happy , I deleted Logic 6
completely,
now I wanted to UNINSTALL Logic 5 and it is just impossible this msg
appears:

EROR 103

_setup.dll  is missing.

Is there someone with any help please tnx Arie - 4x6uo.
