[Logic] LOGic 7: "fix stuff" utility doesn't appear to work

Can anybody guess why the "fix stuff" utility in LOGic 7 doesn't appear to
work? I want to update the CQZ and ITUZ fields in my log, but nothing really
happens when I run this program. Am I misunderstanding what the utility is
supposed to do? When I scroll through the records in my log, the correct
zones show up in the Info dialog box for all the QSOs. I want to get that
information into my log for existing contacts.
