[Logic] LoTW problem solved

A call to Logic tech support cured the problem. Apparently, when TQSL was
installed, it did not make a required registry entry. After this was
corrected it was found that there was still a problem. I was running version
1.08 of TQSL, upgrading to version 1.10 took care of the problem. There are
always some minor issues in setting up most new programs. The help available
for the Logic program can't be beat!
