[Logic] All Asia DX contest Logform

Thanks to Dennis and Art AB4RL for all of there work and effort to put 
together the log form for the All Asia DX contest.
CW in June and Phone in September. This will work for Asia and Non Asia stations. 
The LOGic reflector will not allow attachments so If you would like a copy Email 
me and I will send you a ZIPed copy. I didn't see it on the LOGic web site yet.
Please try it out and let us know how it is working out.
