[Logic] Spot Log

I was messing with the band/mode stuff in Setup and did not have the 
band/mode set. In other words when you go to Tools, Setup, Bands, you 
have to have 1,2,3,4 in the slot for each band because number 4=needed 
this band and mode. I only had 1,2,3 in the slots.
