[Logic] Another problem with F6

Had to get the manual out. (F1) is used to save the logbook entry to the
disk. (F2) is used to log start time of QSO. Most, if not all the
function keys are used. I've been using Logic for almost
two years so most of the operation EQF has gotten away from me.
