[Logic] Qsl card report fix.

My pleasure Art,
I can't claim credit to this fix though. I first
notice the edit when I started using the reports
from LOGic 5. Either Dennis WN4NZY or some un known report editor had the
foresight to make that simple change, without realizing the time it saves
editing a log if you hit the wrong key. I don't know how many times I closed
out a report and not looked at the screen.
